Christmas Carol Bundle

This is a great selection for all groups, offering a good mix of experience levels. You need someone who is not afraid to play in the treble clef for part 1, but it lies under the hand much of the time.

Cold December's winds were stilled is a zingy, exciting Catalan Carol which is great fun to play. A folk carol, it's difficult to date.

Francis Kindlemarsh's Carol is an exquisite, rich-sounding, spacious early Baroque beauty by Orlando Gibbons.

Personent Hodie is from a collection of 1582 called Piae Cantiones, a collection of medieval Latin songs, and the selection was made by a Finnish clergyman. You will recognise it!
